My Go-to Pregnancy Supplements3 pregnancies and I am using this brand. My eldest is 12 and this is the only vitamins I took. 10 years later, I am still using the same one. Just gave birth 6 months ago and I used this same supplement. Happy with this. No complaints. Decent-sized pills, No smell or odor that makes you nauseated, no after-taste and easy to swallow. :)
I wanted to share with you my experience with Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA 90 Softgels. I have been taking this supplement for a while now and I am very satisfied with its quality. One of the things that I like about this product is its ingredient. It contains a combo of essential vitamins and minerals including folic acid and iron which are important for healthy birth outcomes. It also contains DHA which is an omega-3 fatty acid that can help support brain and eye development. Another thing that I like about this product is its size. It comes in 90 softgels which provides approximately a 3-month supply. I have noticed fast analyses since taking this supplement. The recommended dosage for prenatal vitamins is one capsule per day.
It’s ingredients have helped my sister to grow so much baby hair. She took it daily for six months because she had iron deficiency and was planning to get pregnant. It doesn’t have the terrible smell and taste of other multivitamins yet it is as effective as they are. The packaging quality and the size are good.
Bought this for my wife as it is highly recommended by many friends and internet reviews. My wife took it daily when she was pregnant, the pill size are okay and not too big to swallow. I think it is very effective as my wife has given birth to a very healthy baby son and she is in great health as well.
I’ve been taking this vitamin all throughout my pregnancy and even before when trying to conceive. It doesn’t have a strong taste and though the capsule is a little on the larger side, I haven’t had trouble taking it. I like that the vitamin also includes DHA which I couldn’t find in many other prenatal vitamins. I also found this vitamin cheaper in comparison to others. I have bought this several times already and plan on continuing to purchase it when it’s back in stock.
Nature Made prenatal vitamins are designed for people who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, but they can also be taken postpartum. The recommended dosage is one tablet daily for their multivitamin with choline, their standard prenatal multivitamin and their prenatal vitamin with 200 milligrams of DHA.
