I would never imagined myself wanting to write a review for a laxative, but here I am. I have a chronic illness that requires me to take several medications that cause constipation. yuck. I have taken several brands of senna, which was the recommendation of my doctor, but nothing has worked so well as Nature's Answer Senna. With other brands, I was required to take as many as 8 pills, with varying results. With this product, I take only I pill, with reliable results every time. this stuff is a Godsend for anyone like me, with a chronic condition, or anyone at all, with a constipation problem. The quality is the best, I highly recommend this great product.
I like taking one of these Senna capsules in the late afternoon or early evening and 1 Cascara Sagrada capsule near bedtime. Doing it this way works best for me for the next day and this product is good for that purpose. For those who want to stick with Senna only, you might need a day or two to determine if you need 1, 2, or 3 capsules per day, as everyone's system is different.

I have just tried this product for the first time, I found it ok, not as quick as I was hoping to relieve my issue as it took a couple of days. Will still use as I might just up the dose next time I need it.

Works well, I have been taking due to issues other medicines were causing. Not meant for long term use but great in the short term. Gentle and effective. Suggest taking at night for best results.
