I sometimes take one sometime 2 capsules. It's a gel type capsure. When i took 2 i feel awake & energetic. I think I have too much oxidative stress in my body! Vitamin e it's really good for skin & high in antioxidant! This gel oil capsule is easy to swallow and tasteless. Vitamin E also very good and beautifying our skin! Worth a try for this!

Great, I always order from this brand and I never had any problems with the quality or the package. The dosage is excellent (1000 IU) and the capsule size too, the price was great and it's a great antioxidant, helps with my hair and erections, i will buy again for sure

I bought these because of my doctor's recommendation to take it, and I noticed that when I'm taking them (1 capsule once a day in the morning) I don't crave for bakery like I always do! It's because white flour has vitamin E and we're usually craving for those croissants due to its deficiency... Well. I'm not eating breads and biscuits anymore and I'm happy!

Vitamin E is great. Its main role is to act as an antioxidant, scavenging loose electrons so called free radicals that can damage cells. The quality is great. Nature Bounty size fit so well not to big not to small. Have many benefit to our skin too.

I apply it weekly in my moisturising routine. It is sticky but I have learned to thin it with oil. Hope it nourishes my skin and helps reduce the fine lines!
