Damiana works by inhibiting the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. so it helps to have extra free testosterone in your body. testosterone is normally converted to estrogen by the aromatase enzyme. so it's a good idea to supplement it. also, most testosterone boosters lack Damiana leaves or have it very underdosed. each capsule has 400Mg. so take it twice a day once with your morning meal and once with your last meal before bed for best results.
Damiana has been a great quality supplement for me. It has improved my mood and overall positive wellbeing. I have also had success with a decrease in my anxiety. I don't think you are suppose to take it long term, but for occasional use it has benefited my overall outlook and helps me relax.
This is ok, so far it’s a fair one over everything else in the market, I just hate how we have to take 2 capsules or even more because it’s not an extract it’s just Damiana powder which is weaker, if only they used little bit of alcohol to make it an extract and easier but oh well, overall ok quality ok size, and the ingredients are JUST Damiana powder supplement
I started to take Damiana as soon as they arrived-my mood lifted after 24 hours- keeping to the designated dose -it’s a truly great product and I love the fact it’s all natural! I guess everyone has a different experience , but the mild anxiety I was experiencing soon subsided after starting to take these lovely little pills! I highly recommend! ❤️
