This milk thistle specially from this brand was recommended buy the doctor, I’m taking 2 tablets with each meal. The supplement doesn’t have any taste and easy to swallow! I will have to take blood test to see if there is any improvement in my liver, coz I have Gilbert's syndrome and I need special supplements for detox and absorbation! But overall I’m feeling much better ! Thank you !
