I have been using it for more than 6 months. Easy to swallow and doesn’t give you a fishy after taste. It helped me to glow and stopped my breakouts I get during my period. My hair looks more shiny but not greasy. Overall the quality is very good. It worths every penny. I highly recommend it.
Fast delivery and package came without any damage. Love the taste of this. Usually can’t take fish oil as I hate the fishy taste but this is really Lemon flavoured! Can smell lemon when I burp. The soft gel pills are a little huge though. Anyways, it’s real quality product so i highly recommend!
The quality of this Omega-3 softgel is excellent. It has helped me a lot with my osteoporosis problem, and since I am pregnant now, it helps supply enough omega-3 to my body so that my baby can benefit from it. The size is not too big, the flavor is good, and there is no fishy after taste. The packaging is great, and the shipping was quick. it is expensive omega with a big package, but I really sat down and calculated all the options/brands and how much EPA and DHA it has, how many capsules and price per day and this one turned out to be the best choice and quality, ticked all the boxes with ingredients. Helps my boyfriend with his carpal tunnel pain, win for us age 40+. Will be buying it again. No fishy after taste. No bad smell.
as what most users of this would say, best fish oil! i am not picky to the smell or taste since I love fish but I appreciate the lemon. haven't done my blood test yet so we will see in my annual exam next year if my cholesterol and other stuff are still in normal level after bouts of anxiety and insomnia. but one thing for sure, it helps with my anxiety and overall mood (along with my other vitamins and mineral that I take on a daily basis). however, my worry is that iherb keeps on increasing the price and if they continue I have no choice but buy it from a local reseller here in Philippines.
I got this omega for my dad who is over 70. It was packaged well. The tastes weren’t bad at all with no fish smell. He has tried a lot of different fish oils and he said this one has the best quality. A lot of doctors recommended this product in terms of better ingredients and quality and both my dad and I highly recommend this product as well!
Such a quality product. Ethically sourced and produced. The lemon flavor is definitely a bonus (though I'd have bought it even with a fishy taste because I never minded that!) I absolutely love this omega and take it whenever I'm low on eggs and fish in the diet, especially for those long winter months. My only wish is that it was a bit more affordable, though I appreciate paying for a higher quality source.
