The high amount of ingredients can make you worried but it is okay, because all the excess goes out with urine. So yellowish urine is okay. I bought this for my boyfriend and he takes it twice a day and is a good help since he is in gym now. I’m not for what age range this is, but I think vitamins are for all ages. Taking daily two pills should be fine. HOWEVER, if you are acne prone skin DONT BUY THEM. My boyfriend healed all of his acne and we were preparing for some cosmetology procedures, but these cause a lot of new breakouts. Please hear me out.
