Received my shipment today. It was great! I'm a certified user of this product for years now and I can say that it has a lightening and glowing effect on my skin. I also take 1000 mg of Vitamin C along with it. I never knew iHerb before so will definitely order from iHerb from now on. Anyway, thanks and more power!!!
I will never recommend this product to anyone. I purchase 3 bottles . Drank 2 tablets per day for 1 month. I did a slight change in my skin tone but I started bleeding with my stool. I wasn’t sure whether it was due to this. I stoped for few weeks and started trying again to make sure whether this was the reason. I drank for just 2 days and started bleeding again. I have no idea what organs got damaged. It very dangerous.
For reference, I'm 31 years of age and a mom of two kids who loves anything about skincare. I have purchased this bottle for the second time and i love it! It has definitely improved my skin. It is of high quality and the ingredients are great. The size and amount of capsules are worth it for its given price. I take 1 capsule every morning when I wake up with loads of water. I also pair this with a vitamin c effervescent mixed with a collagen powder and they are a perfect combo (make sure to drink it on an empty stomach). I'm super happy with this product and I will continue to purchase it 😊
Quality free radical scavenging product! You want to take the reduced active form of glutathione, as it is more absorbable. I started taking this every morning with vitamin C 1000 mg and glycine, and noticing a big Improvement in the brightness and tone of my face. The size maybe a little on the larger side, but I have no problems taking it. In short, I read about the best way to take it and it should be taken on an empty stomach along with vitamin C 1000 not less or more, after taking it on empty stomach wait 25 min approximately after that you can eat. Glutathione helps detox liver and neutralize free radicals. The color of the 500mg pills is kinda beige, not as white as the 250mg ones. I prefer the 500mg pills not only because are they cheaper but they also contain 2 other ingredients namely Milk Thistle extract and ALA, while the 250mg version is just pure glutathione. This good quality product is definitely worth a try
I literally loved it it needs so much time but i can see the difference the quality is very good the size is normal you all can have it you definitely should try it but don’t forget to have it on an empty stomach, don’t let kids use it age is matter, the package is safe.

Bought the product as the reviews are good. Started taking daily 1 capsule 30 minutes befoe breakfast. Glutathione is known to play a significant role in keeping skin healthy and young. It not only acts as an astonishing skin-brightening agent but is also known to reduce wrinkles, fine lines and improve skin elasticity. Taking this for my melasma and hyperpigmentation on the face. Has taken it a few days. So far no stomach discomfort Size of the capsule is not too big. Researched advise to avoid alcohol as it affects effectiveness.
This is my first time trying it and I must say it’s got good review and ingredients is safe and and it’s good anti oxidant and it’s got good benefits to the body. Good packaging and just the right size of capsule. Hopefully it will help me.
