I was worried about if the powder form is difficult to consume, however it came out so easy to take. I usually mix with smoothies for breakfast so I put some while I make my smoothie and also can mix with yogurt as well. It dissolves in water very well. The powder is tasteless. I am satisfied with the result of taking this drug, there is an improvement in my well-being.
Much cheaper than capsules... and made up of tiny balls rather than a powder, so wont stick to the spoon. Readily dissolves in even a little water, and tastes mildly sweet...so no issues taking without a capsule. As for the benefits? Look up 'Linus Pauling Lysine Cardiovascular' or something similar. I take amino acid lysine daily . I like the powder form versus the pills because it doesn’t contains additives.Dissolves pretty good in any liquid, cold or warm. It’s almost tasteless, just a bit salty. You can find lysine in foods like meat but I prefer to take it in supplements. It’s good quality, works for me and the price is very good too.
