I was taking D3 for the last year but I had a lot of side effects so I switch to the Dry D2 and things are much better now. But I really love about I herb. I always get my packages within two days if I order them prior to Friday.
Good quality and ingredient . Just right packaging size. Good for immunity. Just follow the instructions for right dosage. A good substitute if you seldom expose to the Sun. Good for bone as well. Taste wise ok as it is in tiny gel form. Easy to absorb. Hope can see good effect after taking .
I take 1 capsule 3 times per week and lasts a long time. I did see improvements in my skin (and I don't even take it every day) so I think they work quite well. Capsule are medium sized and have no taste so they are easy to swallow. Will buy again when I run out.
It's a great supplement - one of the few that I take. I've been ordering this one for years but recently upped my intake to 2,000 IU. That's fine because it was as easy as taking 2 at a time until I ran out of the 1,000s. Good pricing too.

The capsule isn’t too big so the size is easy to swallow, I’ve been feeling more energized and less tired! The quality overall is really good! Dosage is just 1 a day which is perfect. Great for immunity and bone health. The taste however is interesting, it tastes a bit chalky when swallowed, still great overall.
Like most consumers without a chemical lab & testing facility, it’s impossible to know the ingredients or quality so for this review as with most other products all that can be said is, it arrived quickly, undamaged & I’m lucky to live in a first world country where it’s reasonably affordable
I love "Now food" products very much, quality-price ratio is good. Do not forget that Vitamine D is very important for us especially if you are living in a region with less sun and expensive fish. Also be careful to not overdose vitamine D, better check your vitamine D level in blood first.
