The best form of Vitamin D I have ever had. This is so easy to use and after a month of use, I feel that it works for me perfectly. I also like that it is easy to carry around on any trip and see the difference in how I feel, see the improvements overall, and especially in my skin and hair. It also helps with the tiredness and constant lack of sun in my area during the past months.
I’m taking it not for the first time, since the usual vitamin D was not effective for me, and only in combination with K2 in liposomal form it really helped to double the level, it’s convenient to use, it’s better to take it in the evening, then it’s better absorbed, but it can invigorate, I hope that my review was helpful)
I had very low levels of vitamin D because my job is during the hours of sunlight, it’s hard to get sun often enough. I use this and it works perfect and now I’m raising the levels consistently and feeling a lot better. Keep in mind this spray tastes super disgusting to me honestly but it’s worth it. It’s 1000 IU so you only need one spray a day but if you need to raise levels fast, use this spray AND a vitamin d+k capsule (I take now brand of that also)
It is good quality and the ingredients d3 with K2 is convenient and size is good. Great to top up the immunity if you don’t have the chance to go out to the sun. Package arrived quickly and effect after use was obvious immediately improved. It helps the lung function better. Recommend it
Like this product in liquid form.Hard to find in liquid form. Easier to absorb. Price is good.In northern Michigan in the winter we do not get much sun therefore Vitamin D levels are usually deficient.This product helps increase immunity with the dosage that is on the bottle.
A high-quality product. I made a blood test before taking this one. Then after a month of spraying this one, I made another test and the levels were increased (which did not happen with another different brand). So definitely it has an effect. In terms of taste, it is too sweet for me, but I guess this is a personal preference.
I really like the NOWS brand and find that it's great quality as well as ingredients. It would be nice to have a bigger size. Both my kids use this to boost their immunity especially in the winter because we are up north. They like the taste and it seems to have a great effect as they are both have a deficiency.
A good combo of Vit D and Vit K. Moreover, it comes in a liposomal spray - that means it is easy to take, no matter where you are (you don't need water to take it) and it's a good, bioavailable form that would supposedly bring your Vit D serum levels high quicker.
Simple, quality ingredients! and the perfect size to take at home or when you travel (easily fits in a purse or makeup bag). I love the taste, like cherry jell-o. I'm greatly deficient in vitamin D and am so glad this formula comes with K2 for better absorption!
