Love this royal jelly! Minimal ingredients, convenient to take as they're capsules (as opposed to powder, or other forms). It is pretty pricy for the amount, but if you can afford it, get it. I wish I could afford taking RJ every day for the effects it has on my skin, etc. Like if this helps you in any way
I take one of these Royal Jelly capsules with one evening primrose oil capsule ( Barleans brand) every morning with my green smoothie ( apple, celery, lemon, spinach, teaspoon of dried barley grass). The combination provides me relief from almost all menopause symptoms and gives me energy to start the day. I will stick with this brand of freeze dried Royal jelly because it is pure and works well.
I've looked around for royal jelly in capsule form and this is still the best I could find. This company makes great, quality products.
this is just a great drug. it has such a wide spectrum of action and it works. I took it for myself and will try to introduce it to the child

Seems to be of good quality. The powder inside the capsule is creamy off white. No weird smell or taste. I had no side effects. Good dosage. I like the size of the bottle, so I don't need to buy as often. If you find this review helpful, please give a thumbs-up. Thank you.
