Probiotics!
Verified Purchase
We bought this for our 7-year-old child as prescribed by a doctor. Dosage: 1 capsule every 3 days, then 1 capsule every other day. The quality and ingredients are excellent for maintaining and restoring the microbiome balance. It improved digestion and restored bowel function. The capsules are small, but we still open them and mix them with water before taking. I highly recommend it. For healthy digestion!

It's very good; taking one pill before bed every night has become a daily habit.

Good for storage

I like the packaging. It contains 10 billion CFU of probiotics and 12 strains of bacteria. It is also durable and survives until it reaches the intestines. The price is very reasonable, especially since I bought it with a discount. I have been taking it for a few days and have noticed that it can improve my gut microbiota. It is an effective product.
