I absolutely LOVE this mild but effect laxative. I have some issues with regularity (mostly due to a poor diet and aging), so if it's been a few days I take one of these with my nightly regimen of other supplements. This is far and away the best "cleansing" product I've ever used. It's very gentle, I get absolutely no uncomfort from taking these at all, no cramping, no gas, bloating, etc. Then, the following night, this product finishes it's job, it a much more comfortable & natural feeling way than anything else I've tried. I bought the small bottle a while ago to give it a try, then seeing I was nearly out, I came back to get the big one. As long as this is out there, it's the only thing I'll use. I highly suggest it to anyone with constipation.
This product secures a smooth digestive process. Anyone with constipation, hemorrhoids or anal fissures will greatly appreciate this product. It is not a laxative but rather just aids a smooth passage with quality ingredients. We take it around 10pm or just before going to bed. We both love it! I suffer from hard stool which caused me hemorrhoids in the past and my partner had an anal fissure which I would not wish on anyone. Highly recommended and hope they will carry on producing this high quality suppliment! We change the dosage according to what we had in terms of food and what might cause a harder stool.

This product works effectively to keep me regular. I do not experience any adverse effects such as cramping, bloating or gas. The capsules have no unpleasant taste as well, and are easy to swallow. I find the quality of this product to be satisfactory and the active ingredients work as expected.

Cleanse More hasn’t been available in Canada for awhile, the USA version is slightly different, however I’m very happy with it. It works effectively and keeps me regular especially when eating a well balanced diet with a variety of fruits, vegetables and fibre rich carbohydrates. I recommend using this product following the directions for use on the bottle.
It's not only good for occasional discomfort , but the truth is you'll be worry free anymore with stomach discomfort, constipation will never be your problem, just like me right now, I can feel the significant changes to my body especially my digestive system, it's been too long since i have stomach problems, glad this product is highly effective.
I've used Cleanse More over the years. I am very happy with the product. Over the past 8 months supply in Canada dried up, not sure why. Came looking in the US and found iHerb who not only had the product, their processing time was very fast and delivered to my home within a week. All for less than I previously paid for the product in Canada. iHerb as found a new customer.
My stool is a distastre if I take as little as one pill in the evening, I have no idea how to take it yet, the ingredients are great but what is this dosage that I have such bad side effect. I think it's too overrated with good reviews
First time I took one capsule I had 3 bowel movements the following day but took a while to work . Took the second capsule the second day , next day had like 6 movements so it seems to do it’s job but need to be careful and adjust dose carefully ..I didn’t have bowel movements for two days so I took another capsule at night but this time I didn’t get any bowel movements only gases . Still trying to figure out the best dose to take but not willing to over do it as it seems effective . My nutritionist recommended it for my bloating and occasional constipation as a bowel cleanser.
