I read that ellagic acid could help grow akkermansia in your gut. I tried to find supplement with ellagic acid in Europe but I couldnt. The price is ok considering the bottle will last 3 months if you take 2 pills. Not sure about the effect but I guess antioxidants are good for you. I dont think I will buy again.
