I heard about boron being great for increasing the absorption of magnesium. I find for myself it helps a lot. I can easily get stressed out, so I often have to increase my magnesium to keep levels up… otherwise they tank. This helps because I don’t worry about frequency as much.
The boron was quality, with the little ingredient focusing on its core ingredients as its serving, the MG per pill is a ideal starting size for anyone starting out.
