've bought this iron supplement for years. Iron is well absorbed if you take it when your stomach is empty. The problem is that some iron supplements make you feel sick when you take. This iron supplement doesn't make me sick and the size of a tablet is smaller than other iron supplements. Try this one if you are looking for good iron supplement. Highly recommended.
the bottle looks empty lol but that's because the bills are so small but anyway very good quality, simple yet effective ingredients, the size is perfect for the price and for how many pills inside and even though they look a bit too little in the bottle but they'll last you a long time.. will definitely recommend

Good quality and it's better for older age and I take it daily one capsule and good package and it Dont have a Taste or smell the capsule size is big and the ingredients very good I really recommend and I take it with the biotin and it don't reflect
Glad to find a iron that isn't heavily saturated in dyes. Easy to swallow. It smells like vinegar for some reason but I have yet to actually taste it. Best iron I have found so far. I have anemia and get blood tests monthly and so far it keeps it up. When I don't take it it drops so it is definitely also doing it's job.
I’ve always been iron deficient and I’ve never been able to find a supplement that’ll not make me constipated but this brand!!! It’s hands down been the best for me. The quality? Ingredients, size of the tablets, it’s benefits everything has helped me with my symptoms. I don’t feel fatigued, lazy or even lethargic. It gives me energy as well and I think it somehow did improve my hair health also. There’s only one downside I felt which was the taste, the aftertaste makes me feel sick. So I chug it down with at least 2 glasses full of water. It’s a great supplement for anemic people like me.

Great package and quality. Finished one bottle and my iron level boosted, can donate blood after years. Tablet size is small and easy to take, but isn't taste nicely (very iron like taste). Frequency: One tablet 2 - 3 days only. Obvious benefit. Great ingredient and composition, would recommend this supplement to vegetarians.
A good form of iron for maintaining iron levels. Small size capsule that is easy to take. A good supplement which has stopped me from becoming overly iron deficient. I have had no bad stomach symptoms which usually comes with taking iron supplements. I like quality of this brand. Good clean ingredients.
