When I take this vitamin C I do feel much better and more energetic during the day, it doesn’t cause any issues with my stomach (like some other vit C products) and no allergies as well. Vit C is important for our immune system and overall health, it’s a very powerful antioxidant and can help to look and feel very red on a daily basis. Highly recommend this one.
500 mg seems to be a sweet potency spot given that high doses are actually not absorbed efficiently by the body. Timed release is another plus which should allow the body to absorb the vitamin more efficiently and consistently throughout a period of time, leading to less stress on the stomach. Quality of product and package appears good and this size bottle can last for about 3 months. A great antioxidant whose effect is to to improve immunity. I take this at night since I am taking B6/B12 in the morning to avoid the lower absorption of vitamin B when consumed together.
You know that vitamin C is essential to enable the absorption of some vitamins, not all, but for sure Vit C allows the absorption of vit D3, which is why I always buy both together and usually take them together. C is best taken during the day and D3 should be taken with your highest calorie meal. Despite the size of the capsule being huge, it has no taste and its formula allows its release to be prolonged. So I prefer the capsule to be bigger than smaller and I have to take it twice a day. The price is also good. Last week it was better, unfortunately I lost the offer, but today's offer is still lower than when I bought it, 03 months ago. I recommend the product so much that I will buy again.
