I'm a fan of the curries made by this brand, and this particular product didn't disappoint. I used it to add some extra flavor to a couple of dishes - one was basmati rice with lentils and potatoes, and the other was fried tempeh with bulgur and avocado. The curry had a great taste that wasn't too mild or too spicy, and its liquid consistency made it easy to blend with the other ingredients.
I enjoy most of the packages from Tasty Bite, their variety of recipes all have a great taste. Fresh ingredients of good quality and so easy to use, one minute in the microwave and then you have a good base for a meal. The size is ok when added with rice etc. The mushroom flavour was surprisingly good for something that is just kept in a packet. I will order again.
I find the products of this brand to be pretty decent, and I enjoy them with rice just like in the package's picture. This one tastes good, not too spicy, not too salty, but I think the masala covers much of the mushroom flavor. It says it contains 2 portions by bag, but I find the size closer to a single portion.
Iherb has been the only reliable place to get this at a reasonable price. It's got much more mild flavor than most Marsala(or spice) but I've been adding a kimchi mix to it. Good for someone who can't handle spice at least. It's got a good amount of big mushrooms chunks in it and it's pretty filling just on its own but doesn't hurt to have with some rice or veggies. You're getting at least 2 meals per bag anyways. Worthwhile if you are trying to eat less meat while eaten on its own but not bad as a base.
I like the one with paneer cheese better, but this flavor tastes pretty good too. It's a small package too so its size is more like one serving. Easy to use with simple ingredients, no strange names that I cannot pronounce. The quality is good overall, it's just pricey.
The best one as I like mushrooms. Strong indian spices but anyway it’s delicious and good to serve with white rice and pickles. Lovely meal🙏🏻
This was a perfect size for 2 person servings. Well packaged and easy to prepare. Tastes great, excellently spiced. Very easy to use in the microwave.
This is super delicious. I make it was basmati rice or just with bread. No fuss and no mess. A quick and easy meal with great flavor. Highly recommend.
We liked the taste of this curry, a little bit sour. It says medium spice but it didn’t taste spicy at all. Convenient as only need to heat.
