I have bought this product before this n like it very much. As a vegetarian I find this is a quick n great tasting meal with many wonderful Indian ingredients. My recipes are simple, eat as is or add noodles or rice good either way. The package size contents are of good quality n quantity, For a vegetarian meal the protein n vitamin content is good. I very much recommend these tasty lentils.
I like dal but sometimes the taste is a bit bland. This package has just the right balance of flavours and I will definitely use it again. My son has just left home to go to university. He loves a good curry, but long hours of study don't leave him much time for complicated recipes. I bought one for him, and he says it adds great taste to his other ingredients.
Truthfully I didn't think I would like this, but it's actually really good I put it over brown rice and it made a tasty meal. These tasty bite pouches can make a couple of meals. I eat alone so this works out well. I always enjoy trying foods from different countries so this works out great no ingredients to buy and ready in minutes.
I like these delicious, high-quality ready to eat meals. They taste great and I love that they use vegan ingredients. The portion size is decent, I usually have it for one big and one small meal, together with some rice or paratha. As a student these are very convenient and I always keep a few packages on hand!
Tastes extremely good. The size of the package was pretty big especially since I got them on sale so the price was decently low. An amazing snack that isn’t super unhealthy if you’re on a diet since the meal uses low cal ingredients. Overall, a good purchase and a high quality product.

This is a good quality product with excellent flavor. It's mild and not too spicy, and is similar to their Coconut Squash Dal. Good flavor throughout is great over riced cauliflower. So easy to cook in the package with little mess, and enough to feed one or two. Definitely recommend this product for taste and value. Glad to find that iHerb had it in stock and available for fast shipping.
Delicious! We enjoyed meals with it a lot. I would recommend adding way more water than the instructions says or it turns out quite salty and spicy. Each bag was just enough for one dinner for two, but we added more veggies and beans since it looked like it's not enough
