I take this at night and have no stomach upset. I'm not sure if it's improve my immune system or not but it was suggested by my homeopathic doctor to help reduce the buildup of copper that showed up on a blood test. They specifically recommended this version of zinc.
Not sure I saw benefits from the product its kinda hard to tell as it needs consistency. but I like that it doesn't have a weird taste so I'm assuming it's good quality. size is also good as well as the packaging. ingredients show you that it's a highly potent formula!!

Have been taking Zinc from this brand for a few years now, in a smaller dose: 15mg. For my husband decided to try 30mg. The only rule with zinc is that you have to take it only after a good meal, and NOT on empty stomach! I love this brand, have a lot of products from them. Very recommended!
