Vitamin D3 is needed for healthy bones, teeth, joints, for immune function, and for the health of the endocrine system. I have been taking vit D3 5000 IU for 5 years now, with a blood test once a year. My 25-hydroxyvitamin D is now 65 ng/ml.

After consulting my doctor, he told me that I should use vitamin D with K2 for better results and higher absorption, and that it's best for the body to take softgel capsules for better absorption. The ingredients are listed in the description.

The quality is good. Each capsule contains 125 micrograms of vitamin D3 and 100 micrograms of MK-7. The packaging is excellent, and the softgels are small in size. The benefit is that they promote a healthy immune system. The calcium-boosting effect of MK-7 is evident in bone development.

Iherb is an extremely important pharmacy for our lives

Great-sized chewable tablets. Complete with ingredients for every day. Really high quality! It's a shame we can only buy up to R$240 on iHerb. Everything they offer is of the highest quality and important for our health. I bought vitamin D3 and K2 to take with B12. I'm also taking iodine. It makes me feel very energetic and has eliminated headaches, joint pain, and regularized my heartbeat. Thank you ❤️ iHerb. Original products. Brazil only has placebos, junk food, and poor-quality supplements. Thank you for sending us original, high-quality products. Thank you iHerb!!!

This preparation has an ideal dosage of both vitamins D3 and K2. I take it only together for better absorption of calcium into the bones, and not just so that calcium is in the blood. This dosage is enough to cover the deficiency. Soft capsules dissolve well with food and are absorbed quite effectively.

Good results, it helps. The capsules are soft, oil-filled, and the dosage is as prescribed by your doctor. I'm taking them and they're helping so far. I just don't understand why the capsules are black.

After taking it, I felt my fingers and toenails became stronger, and one bottle lasts for more than three months, which is economical. Now I'm not afraid of insufficient sunlight, and I feel my immunity is better, and I catch fewer colds. I recommend it to people who sit indoors. I like its dosage and the small size of the pills, which makes them easy to swallow. It doesn't have an unpleasant taste and doesn't irritate the stomach.
